Hi! My name is Mallory and I hold a bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from IUPUI. I have been working for CBS since 2014 when I immediately developed a passion for this field. Over the last several years I have been fortunate to hold several roles such as Technician, Floater, Social Group Leader and Program Manager Assistant. These experiences have come together beautifully to inform my current roles of Clinical Assistant and Social Group Consultant.
My favorite thing about working for CBS is our collaborative-based approach. This allows for all individuals within a child’s life to be involved with their ABA programming, generalizing and developing their skills. Providing in-home services really allows for this collaborative based approach to happen and makes for so many wonderful opportunities to engage in family collaboration, which is my favorite part about our company’s model! Outside of doing what I love every day in my career, I am a wife and soon to be mother of two. I absolutely love to spend time with my family and friends, being outside, or getting the chance to sit down and relax with a good book! |
