Meet Our Team

Meet the team at Collaborative Behavior Solutions! CBS delivers ABA therapy at its Indianapolis campus. Parent/caregiver consultation may occasionally take place in the home or community as part of family collaboration, but direct ABA treatment sessions are center-based.

Our Campus

For autism therapy, part of the CBS mission has always been to help kids connect in the world. This begins with families welcoming us into their homes to provide services, but it continues as we invite our clients to generalize their abilities on the CBS campus.

Vision

We are a genuine example of what ABA can look like when it’s done with care and compassion: one campus, built for depth instead of scale, where kids get to be kids while they learn, care stays grounded in evidence and meaningful outcomes, and our staff are trained, trusted, and invested in the work as much as the families they serve. We are committed to bridging the gap between home and school readiness through quality clinical care.

Diversity, equity and inclusion

We are committed to care that respects the full range of family backgrounds, communication styles, and neurotypes we serve. Staff complete required cultural competency training to keep care responsive to each family’s context, and every family receives the same individualized process regardless of background or circumstance: consultations and phone calls before assessment, staff trained specifically for their child over multiple sessions before joining the team. Our clinical approach is grounded in respecting neurodiversity, meeting each child and family as they are rather than expecting them to fit one mold.
